This was observed and discussed in another Issue in the FastPathology repo:
AICAN-Research/FAST-Pathology#45

Opening an Issue here to track the issue.

This is likely due to the changed in how the predictions are stored on disk in the new FastPathology version v1.0.1.

This has now been fixed in the latest release of FP:
https://github.com/AICAN-Research/FAST-Pathology/releases/tag/v1.1.0

which means that importing to QuPath through the provided script should work as intended using the latest release.
