Allow multiple attributes in a single filter #1

When defining an sdk filter, you can't currently combine 2 attributes in a single @filter line.

Implement a change, allowing for this:
@filter(minSdkVersion=16, maxSdkVersion = 19)

In addition to this: (current behaviour)
@filter(minSdkVersion = 16)
@filter(maxSdkVersion = 19)
