create frequency spread effect

it does the opposite of frequency magnet effect.
it spreads frequencies around a certain frequency.
and i don't know if it's possible to make!

It's difficult to work out what this would actually do. Frequency magnet works by reducing the frequency components gradually to one component. The opposite would be exploding one component to multiple and would probably just sound noisy. Can try it out though unless you have other ideas on how this would work?
