…tored options. As while I'm happy to store staging passswords in secret.json, I don't what my production password stored anywhere near the project files.

Hi,
As I didn't what my production password stored anywhere near the project source files, so I don't run the risk of someone deleting secret.json from .gitignore. I've add the option to have these as command line switches that will override any stored values.
