Have separate Glulx and Z-Machine tables for hash values

Remember to change the glulx hash values in the table if/when I decide to change dirhash values e.g. everything up 1 with h, j and k going to 8, so we have 59049 for 5 digits which sneaks under the WORD for z-machine and DWORD for glulx.

Remember also to check the table of 10 scenery.
