Hello,

In my Citroen C4 Picasso 2, the 100% full screen is not used in your 'Fermata Mirror' menu. However, if my phone is displayed, it uses 100%.

And on view my phone

I think it's a offset issue, because today I saw an icon halfway visible on the right.

As workaround You need to check if your phone have the features to force full screen, on Samsung is called "camera hole" setting or something similar where you need to set "show hole" for fermata auto app,
Then yes probably the app can be set to show camera hole by default
