Custom User Created Boards

A feature that exists on 8chan, and would be useful to others.
In order to do that, the site folder needs to adapt and grow every time a new board is created.

Hello!

1. Note that the project structure is not affected by boards. They affect DB file, config.ini and lang/ only.
2. This feature is badly compatible with i18n (in general case). That's the main problem, and that's why I am not going to do that (if anyone would not change my mind).
3. In order to do the feature, all information about board should be moved from text files to DB. (easy)

@andtit2001 sounds good, the DB would need to be ironed out.
Also the language should be flexible between English, common European languages, Japanese and Chinese (I can help you with Japanese and Chinese).
