鸡精(核苷酸钠)的佐料,包括配料里包含了核苷酸钠的非酿造酱油!
鸡精(核苷酸钠)在人体内转化为尿酸,会导致肾功能损害、痛风,对心脏大脑造成危害;

酱料只推荐老干妈和小康牛肉酱(都不含鸡精,自己去看)

也不要使用料酒,最近饮食科学已经证明,酒精哪怕一点点都对人体有害;

控制糖分碳水的摄入,大米推荐泰国香米,这种米相比东北大米,升糖指数更低。
