鸡精（核苷酸钠）的佐料，包括配料里包含了核苷酸钠的非酿造酱油！
鸡精（核苷酸钠）在人体内转化为尿酸，会导致肾功能损害、痛风，对心脏大脑造成危害；

酱料只推荐老干妈和小康牛肉酱（都不含鸡精，自己去看）

也不要使用料酒，最近饮食科学已经证明，酒精哪怕一点点都对人体有害；

控制糖分碳水的摄入，大米推荐泰国香米，这种米相比东北大米，升糖指数更低。
