WPT test result (Dulles, Chrome, 3G ... I simply re-ran the previous Dec 2018 test)

Looks like CDN77 does fine H/2 prioritisation

I ran it with 3G Fast just to make sure we have a test using the shaping that works with recent Chrome changes. It looks like it was OK for 2 of the runs but one of the runs failed pretty catastrophically: https://www.webpagetest.org/result/200116_DV_8538eb4568e4f02e5d35ef29d70ac2a0/

CDN server IP for each run:

  1. 195.181.169.23
  2. 195.181.169.23
  3. 195.181.169.4

Run 2 is the test that failed big time.
Perhaps not all edge servers are configured same?
Will ping the CDN77 people.

Could also be racy.
