v13-alpha

WARNING

This is a preliminary release of v13 built from the recently merged rewrite. It is only intended for testing purposes by those willing to accept instability and bugs. GSConnect should be completely removed, including all settings and caches, before installing this test build.

This build requires Gnome Shell 3.28+. See v13 Status for more information.
