Need to keep table on individual for a range set per parameter. Should be able to use a random float generator rather than hand-coded rand() % range - range/2. Will also enable adding sigma to individual (and even to each parameter).
Would mean abstracting individual class and deriving double/integer/sigma/ranged/etc. individuals.
