Express Checkout - Save both WC checkout page email and PayPal email..??

I thought we had this handled already, but I think what we need to do is just make sure that if the WooCommerce checkout page is used, that's the email that we need to include with the WooCommerce order details even if it doesn't match what comes back from PayPal.
