Unable to Upload

Go to http://www.chrissgaraglino.com/yt or http://www.harmels.com/upload and 
try to upload a video. It just hangs with a browser message at the bottom 
stating "Waiting for uploads.gdata.youtube.com"

Tried it with Safari, Chrome & FireFox - all the latest versions.

Are you still seeing this behavior? If so, could you try on a different network 
to rule out the possibility that you have a firewall or something else 
network-related that's blocking the upload?

+1. My site http://www.globalfeed.org/participate.html is having issues with 
uploading content as well. The YT-DL widget does not upload files, nor does it 
allow me to access my own youtube videos from my personal account and most 
disappointingly, it does not support web cam uploads.

Re: #2, could you try again right now? I believe there were some service issues 
separate from YouTube Direct Lite that just cleared up and might have caused 
your problems.

I just testing things against the reference instance and they're working right 
now.

You may still see some residual effects as things clear up, especially if you 
have some bad responses cached locally due to accessing things within the last 
hour. I do believe that this will clear up on its own, and it's unfortunately 
outside the control of the YouTube Direct Lite project.

Folks seeing this with Firefox 23 are likely being affected by 
https://code.google.com/p/gdata-issues/issues/detail?id=4919 which we're 
currently investigating.

If you're seeing the same behavior with another browser, could you let me know 
which browser, version, and operating system you're seeing it with?
