Hi,
I have prepared nice social buttons for jade & html and under less & sass.

Stylus is not officially supported yet by bootstrap-social, perhaps it will be.
So is it still acceptable or it must be fully supported for all options including classical css and stylus in order to provide my PR?

Also I have removed redundant navbar item Sign up. I left there only the Log in.
You know, in the era of social logining most people do not want to sign up, I suppose that they just want to click to get in, perhaps it should be called "Get me In" instead "Log IN" :) I hope that this is ok for your. If not, I will drop it and keep it as it was with both options. Anyway let me know what do you think.

Well I have implemented it, but have not time to finalize for PR.

I just did a bower install bootstrap-social on my project and everything worked just fine, the HTML exists to use this lib, but it's not included in bower by default when you scaffold out the project.
