Mobile Keyboard and Navigation Line #80

If you use the wizard in a mobile device, when the keyboard appers the navigation line appears in the middle of the screen instead of the buttom.

I have just tested in Android with Galaxy S3, but I guess this problem will be identical in any device.

@CarlosAdrianM Are you using this in your mobile browser or are you building a hybrid app with something like Cordova?
