HTML entities in phones.js should not be there #8

numerous phones in phones/*.json attempt to HTML-escape ampersands, for instance:
b271d77#L0R18

However these HTML entities are rendered literally, not turned into ampersands.

They should simply be ampersands, as this renders properly.
