Mention different types of dependency annotation

It might be a good idea to link (in the comments) to the docs for the different types of dependency annotation.

@btford, I fail to see the result of this issue at https://github.com/angular/angular-seed/blob/master/app/js/app.js#L12

There is only the following in the docs:

Instead of configFn it could mention a better semantic term to imply that not only a function is acceptable here, but also inline annotation. Or keep it as it is and link to some specification of what configFn means (inline annotation included). That would be a straightforward way to express the meaning of the argument for newbies like me.
