transpiler: reexport of facades

Often times it is useful to be able to re-export facade types. This requires the support of rexporting.

import {Foo} from 'bar';
export Foo;

export 'bar' show Foo;

This should already work:

Syntax in JS source:
export 'bar' from './foo'
export * from './foo'
