(forms): emitting "StatusChange" event

Is there any reason for not emitting "StatusChange" event at this place?

Why would that be a bug ?

When async validator is used for control, control emits all their statuses, but parent control emits only status that it has before async validator starts - "Pending". After validation, parent control status is changed, but event isn't emitted.
