Expected Behavior

Scrolling should be only with in the touched element

Actual Behavior

Both sidenav and content scrolls

Is this just an issue with the docs? If so, that should go in the docs repo.

Or is this a bug with MatSidenav? If so, we need a Stackblitz demo.
