Documentation Feedback

There seems to be a lot missing in terms of CDK documentation. Specifically after supposed fixes have been created.

#13588
#18082 (review)

Quick searches reveal that any combination of CDK components leave engineers lost.
CdkDragDrop and scroll-UX is completely missing in the docs as well as examples of these CDKs combined.
Certainly no mention of virtual scrolling on top of them.

I believe I've created issue tickets in the past regarding other Angular Material components. Hopefully we can get better docs and examples going.

Thanks for reading.
