🐞[Bug]: Text not visible and improper alignment of elements.

Describe the bug

Each section has a small description about it in index.html file enclosed under section title which is not visible because of usage of black font color. Also Appoint a Doctor page has a lot of bugs like alignment, overlapping of elements and social media icons are not visible.
