Add new skip types

There are other segments which users might want to skip.

Add new skip types such as:

• New Openings (first opening of the season)
• New Endings (first ending of the season)
• Previews (usually at the end of the episode)
• Branding (e.g. aniplex intro)

This should be simple enough to add as it was done before.

Having an intermission skip would be good too, things like in between the first half and second half of a show where ad-breaks normally occur.
