Starting screen setting does not effect "Browse" and "History"

Steps to reproduce

Change your starting screen to "Manga"

Expected behavior

Browse and History should inherit the default library type

Actual behavior

2. Go to "Updates" - it now defaults to "Manga" since it is your starting screen
3. Go to "Browse" and "History" - These do not default to manga.
