Adjust horizontal seeking gesture initial step size #1497

Describe your suggested feature

When dragging horizontally the seek step is initially 3 seconds and then 1 second.
It should be 1 second from the first step.

Other details

There is a similar issue in the mpv-android repo with a proposed solution: mpv-android/mpv-android#472
