I install on Windows and after some time after the start appears such a window, what can this be due to?

I had a very similar error. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, but changed the installation path to c:\Ultimate Vocal Remover.

The first launch of the program went smoothly and the extraction of the song as well.

It looks like the program doesn't like European characters (hooks, commas above letters, etc.) in the username. If you look at your error message, instead of a username you have a jumble of characters.
