desktop feature parity: "/" keyboard shortcut on the deck list should start a deck search #13211

Currently "/" will start studying the last selected deck. On desktop it brings up a list of the decks which can be narrowed down by typing partial deck names, similar to AD's deck search

"/" should start the deck search to have a similar behavior to desktop.
