[Bug] All styles are missing

Describe the bug

I had a bunch of styles for a lot of sites, Chrome said it had an update, I clicked the restart chrome button..
Now all styles are gone, there are none..

Browser

Chrome Version 119.0.6045.159 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Windows 10

To Reproduce

Restart chrome.

Expected behavior

To keep all the styles that have been built up over the years
