The alert about 'Minimum interval' is shown even after the option itself is hidden by enabling FSRS #3215

The alert text of “The minimum lapse interval should be at least as long as your final relearning step.” continues to appear after the “Minimum interval” option disappears from view by enabling FSRS.

It persists even after saving and re-opening the Deck Options.

Also, the alert text about minimum interval occurs in the following use case (FSRS has already been enabled, so the user has no chance to see the “Minimum interval” option).
