Issue

I'm seeing Community Center tooltips after choosing the Joja route and completing the warehouse. I don't have the movie theater yet. It's year 1 fall currently.

Steps to Reproduce

Open game and have item that is required for community center in inventory or chest.

update: even after purchasing the movie theater, the tooltips are still showing.
