As it was in the past "manual" and inefficient flow:

For the sake of never appearing sus:

Run pdfid.py on the generated PDFs , download on https://blog.didierstevens.com/programs/pdf-tools/.Result should be like shown on the https://anonymousplanet-ng.org/verify.html page at the bottom ... all 0s.
Run exiftool on both PDF and ODT at the end to remove any potential metadata that might be left on the files
