Update the translation files

Some of the translation files are extremely outdated and we should look into fixing that especially given the new translation strings in 2.1. If you have been mentioned in this issue but don't want to contribute an update then feel free to say that and unsubscribe from the issue.

Please read docs/LANGUAGE to find out how to update a translation. If you have any questions post a reply or ask me in #anope-devel on IRC.

• en_US (obviously)
• fr_FR
• it_IT
• nl_NL
• pl_PL
• tr_TR

Needs some updates

Most of these just need minor tweaks because of grammar fixes or new/removed translation strings.

• de_DE (733 fuzzy, last updated by @henk84) — most of these fuzzy strings seem to have been not marked as translated in Poedit during the last update
• el_GR (709 fuzzy, last updated by @westor7)
• es_ES (200 fuzzy, no recent translator)

Needs significant updates

These are pretty concerning. Given these translations were apparently never updated for 2.0 so the they're barely translated and the translated strings that that exist are quite broken it might be worth deleting if we don't find a maintainer.

• hu_HU (1055 fuzzy, no recent translator)
• pt_PT (1055 fuzzy, no recent translator)
• ru_RU (1055 fuzzy, no recent translator)

I can't give you an ETA but I'll try to be as quick as possible.

• it_IT — 67 fuzzy strings
• nl_NL — 67 fuzzy strings
• pl_PL — 67 fuzzy strings

• es_ES — 260 fuzzy strings
• el_GR — 751 fuzzy strings
• de_DE — 779 fuzzy strings
• ca_ES — 1085 fuzzy strings
• hu_HU — 1085 fuzzy strings
• pt_PT — 1085 fuzzy strings
• ru_RU — 1085 fuzzy strings

I think for the under 100 fuzzy string translations these should be extremely minor case/spelling changes and dead strings left over from the the removal of nickserv/access and its associated functionality.

We are lacking translations for pt_BR (Brazil), if you are interested I can provide the translation for this language, we Brazilians use anope a lot and depend a lot on services in our language.

I'm going to delete the following broken translations on the 1st June as nobody has expressed interest in unbreaking them:

• ca_ES
• hu_HU
• ru_RU

If anyone wants to update these then please say before that date.
