Seems it didn't work out so for :)

I think your editor is one of the best for starters, but lack of support of sphinx features (e.g. text roles like math, etc) makes this really hard to use this for more than simple demonstration.

I would not mind to sponser a little, but I am a student and do not have much to give.

I have a basic version of this with Sphinx support. Haven't worked it into the UI yet, but it's running here as a test: http://livesphinx.herokuapp.com/

Any particular way that you would like me to integrate Sphinx support? Should I make it an option on the main site?

IMHO it is enough if you can make some options when setting up the server. The main idea is to be able to reuse the sphinx template while rendering the markup (including various sphinx features).
