Isn't the Ansible 2.9.0 release tomorrow? Would we want to hold off for that? https://docs.ansible.com/ansible/latest/roadmap/ROADMAP_2_9.html
Also, I would change the PR message to be from "Bumped ansible devel version" to "Bumped ansible 2.9 version" to avoid confusion about the line underneath it (the real ansibledevel).

Clearly we need to change the way we test because few minutes ago I made this discovery ansible/ansible#63618 -- I guess that 2.9 release may be delayed even more. |
