Based on the current architecture the following do not work with navigator:

.cfg---------
ANSIBLE_ASK_VAULT_PASS

plugins-----
vars_prompt
pause (with prompt)

Please add to this list as other are found

This is the nature of how interactive mode works, so there is little to be done here,

Leaving open for visibility
