I run the tests on all collections using the new plugin directories I know of (community.crypto, community.docker, ansible.netcommon and ansible.utils) and they passed (I had to tweak meta/runtime.yml in ansible.netcommon so that ansible-core 2.11 is marked as supported, and it failed the action-plugin-docs test, but that isn't related to this PR).
