Trust GitHubs E-Mail verification status for smoother registration. #68

My email was verified with GitHub, but I still got a confirmation email from Ansible Galaxy. https://developer.github.com/v3/users/emails/ You could consider skipping that step when that's the case to make registration smoother for that vast majority of GitHub users.

The purpose of this is to enable users to provide a different email address than their Github email address if they so choose. We may consider eliminating this option in the future, but only after we have verified that our new fully Github-based user flow is 100% functional. Tagging as "enhancement" for now and we will revisit when Github feature design is complete.

You can both have alternative emails and trust Githubs status when I authenticate with it.
