1. Bump the version in package.json
2. Bump the version bower.json
3. Bump the version component.json
4. Bump the version validate.js (header and validate.version, set metadata to null)
5. Bump the version index.html (sidebar link and all links with the old version, search for the old version)
6. Compile with `grunt build`
7. Update the library size in index.html
8. Commit with message "Release version X.X.X"
9. Tag using `git tag -a X.X.X` with message "X.X.X"
10. Push using `git push origin master --tags`
11. Publish with npm using `npm publish`
12. Update validatejs.org using `git checkout gh-pages && git merge master`
13. Set validate.version.metadata to "development"
