Categories page the category icon is not placed exactly in the center

When viewing the categories and a single category page then the category icon seems to be not placed exactly in the center.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to AnsPress -> Settings
2. Click on Features
3. Enable Categories feature/addon if not already enabled
4. Go to AnsPress -> Question Categories
5. Create a category and add the icon color and background color to it
6. Check the categories page from the front end

Expected behavior

The category icon should be placed exactly at the center of the div.
