无法通过tag 列表 显示 那4个问题.

This problem has been repeated through testing, and we will correct this problem

Through the API query, it is found that chatgpt tag has two tags, one uppercase and one lowercase. In the historical version, we modified the tag rules once, so only part of the association questions will be shown in the tag list.

Tag 404 will be fixed in v1.1.0 so that duplicate tags can be removed to resolve the problem
