Describe the bug
A 404 error appears on the chrome developer tools debug page when visiting a link with a shortened ID directly in the browser.
This should only happen with Postgresql.

e.g.
questions/D1T1/title-title-title
questions/D1T1/

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Visit a link with a shortened ID directly in the browser.
  2. A 404 error appears on the chrome developer tools debug page.

Expected behavior
No error.

Can you give a hot-fix and merge it to main branch? I have this problem in production environment. This issue has a big impact for my business. Is it possible to release a hot-fix as soon as possible?
