Add new functions to open local/remote Motor-CAD

📝 Description of the feature

Motor-CAD object is becoming complicated to use.

Some params don't work well with others e.g. url and open_new_instance.

I think it would be good to create some new launch function which could have simplified params e.g. connect_to_existing_motorcad() and open_new_motorcad()
