more mesh metrics: jacobian ratio

Mechanical has an extensive list of mesh metrics that allow the customer to inspect and even set controls for the mesh metrics. A particular customer has regular issues with elements with negative jacobian ratios. If this information is available, it would be nice to make it available to users.

Determine if other mesh metrics are available and if so, make it possible for users to access them.
