No Downloadable Files Found for some Podcasts

First of all: Let me thank you for this app, just what I was waiting for!

However there is a small issue with two of my podcasts which might be somehow related to #14. Or maybe not. AntennaPod cannot find downloadable files in the following feeds:

• http://ulm.ccc.de/dev/radio/podcast-ogg.xml
• http://www.duden.de/feed/podcast

In the latter case this might be a problem with the feed since SwallowCatcher cannot handle that one either.

The problem with the ulm.ccc.de feed has now been fixed in commit d39bd68 . The reason was that the app didn't recognize the MIME type of the files as audio or video and ignored it. When the next version is released, you will have to remove the feed and add it again to make it work.
However, the duden.de feed won't work because there are no enclosure tags in the feed. The creator has only attached the media files to the description of every item and that's why i cannot display it in the GUI as a downloadable file.
