Is it possible to add option to select design of main subscriptions screen from previous releases?
IMHO previous version was clearer and comfortable without empty spaces and sorry, round corners.

Thanks for chipping in. I'm sorry, but I'm afraid that's not something we'll introduce.
Our rule of thumb is that we only introduce new settings if it enables a new use-case, which this doesn't. Also, re-introducing the old layout would mean additional development work if further adjustments need to be made to the screen, which makes maintaining the app harder.
Hope you'll stick to AntennaPod regardless.
