Select the last used tab after a phone standby #846

On Lightning, open three tabs:

site A
site B
site C
Then select again site A.
Then switch off the mobile screen (sleep mode).
Then switch on the phone screen, and open again Lightning: site C is selected by defaulf (and loaded) instead of site A, the last used tab.
