Wich version is required - it's incompatible with the ubuntu iptables version

="-m limit --limit 3/s --limit-burst 8"

All these limits don't work because iptables thinks that the rules are too long or whatever

Maybe that causes the problem why these noobs wich tried to run it without testing and got connection refused

Hmm the programmer delete this account or the account got deleted by somebody else
