Issue with adjusting fan speed and timer on the device. #2

Hello, unfortunately I'm unable to change either the speed fan or the timer to "diffuser." When I press the button to change the speed, the device doesn't respond. Similarly, when I try to change the timer on the device, the selected timer appears, but in reality, the device always shuts off after an hour. Can you please advise me on what to do or where to investigate?
