Pimp my swank.

* swank-ecl.lisp: We depend on ECL 10.2.1 which is not released yet -- you need git/cvs HEAD. Added :spawn, and :fd-handler as communication-style (Thanks to Ram Krishnan), improve compilation hooks so highligting of warnings works, + various cleanup.
