Running UxPlay on Eduroam

Question: May I ask that whether it is possible to run UxPlay on the eduroam network(School Network)? Since I tried so, the UxPlay keeps stall on Initialized Server Sockets without further responding, but I can find the UxPlay Client from screen Mirroring

I think eduroam will block dns_sd announcements by non authorized servers. ? Typically the school will have appletv devices which are authorized for screen casts so eduroam clients can connect to those, so it should be possible, but may need authorization.
